Lately (especially within the past week) i’ve realized how truly BLESSED i am with the people and privileges i have in my life.
Usually when i thought i had it good, i used to always come back to first instincts if that makes sense? I always came back to “alright. I FEEL GOOD. but what do these people think? i better put up a good act”
Caring about what people think. It’s corrupt. It’s hallow. It’s not worth it.
I’ve been there forsure. 6th-8th grade was the wooooorst when it came to that. It was a changing point for me where i realized that people aren’t compassionate or kind to eachother anymore. It’s survival of the fittest now. Kill or be killed. I just wish i could’ve been alright with being “killed”
Cause now that i know how AWESOME it is to be me, to know the people i know, to have the family i have, to live the life I LIVE, i wouldn’t trade it for all the world.
So live it up! Grow your hair out and take walks with your loved ones. Go see the world. Break your comfort zone. Do things you’d NEVER imagine yourself doing. Go skydiving. Get a mohawk. Build a pillow fort with your child. Stop and listen once in a while alright? You won’t regret it. Haha i wish i had more followers on here to read this.
